What is work permit?
Work permit is a professional license for foreigners. It is an important document for foreigners who would like to work in Thailand legally. Answer: After applying for a renewal of the work permit but not being allowed, the applicant has the right to appeal by submitting in writing to the Director-General of the Department of Employment within 30 days from the date of receiving the refusal order. After receiving the appeal, the appeal recipient shall submit it to the Work Permit Consideration Committee within 15 days, whereby the minister will decide on the appeal within 30 days, and the minister’s decision is final considered for the renewal of the Work Permit.
Question: If the Work Permit has expired as I haven’t applied for renewal and I’m still working. In this case, will there be a fault ?
Answer: In case the work permit has expired and working without submitting an application for renewal or has already submitted a request but the registrar has ordered not to renew the license and did not appeal, if appealed but the minister has a decision not to allow, there will be guilty of imprisonment for not more than 3 months or a fine of not more than 5,000 baht or both.

Answer: The criteria for considering a Non-O visa are as follows :
- Foreigners must obtain a non-immigrant visa
- Evidence of relationship e.g. Proof of marriage, Copy of the birth certificate, Evidence of birth certificate registration, Copy of house registration, Evidence of registration of adoption or other evidence from government agencies or relevant agencies.
- The spouses must have a legally and de facto relationship
- In the case of children, adopted children, or dependent children of a spouse, they must not be married and reside as part of that household and must not be over 20 years of age
- In case of father or mother, foreigners whose parents want to follow them must have an annual average income of not less than 40,000 baht per month or must have a deposit of no t less than 400,000 baht for spending in one year.
- In the case of marriage to a Thai woman, the husband who is a foreigner must have an average yearly income of at least 40,000 baht per month or a deposit in a bank in Thailand to remain in the account for the past 2 months of not less than 400,000 baht past 2 months for spending in the year.

Answer: Father-in-law and mother-in-law can not submit a request to stay to accompany their son-in-law who has been granted the right to stay in the Kingdom to work or run business because it is not specified in the rules.
Question: What are the criteria for consideration in the case of applying for a Non-O visa to live in Thailand.
Answer: Applying for a Non-O visa to live in Thailand, criteria for consideration are as follows:
- Foreigners must obtain a non-immigrant visa.
- 50 years of age and over
- Evidence of income of not less than 65,000 baht per month as of the application date, you must have deposits in a bank in Thailand (Ordinary savings or fixed deposit) and the amount of money remaining in the account for the past 3 months is not less than 800,000 baht in the account still be not less than 60 days or have income during the year, you must have bank deposits calculated in total not less than 800,000 baht up to the date of application submission.

Answer: The first Non-O visa application, family dependents will receive a single entry visa valid for 90 days issued by the Thai embassy or consulate-general in the country of their nationality.
For the next visa extension, dependents must apply at least 21 days before the visa expires, with an extension of up to 1 year at the consideration of the Immigration Office in Thailand. While you are waiting for the result, you will be able to live in Thailand.

A juristic person registered with the Federation of Accounting Professions must provide security against any type of third party liability in the amount of not less than 3 percent of its capital on the date of submission of registration to the Federation of Accounting Professions. The Department of Business Development has issued a certificate of quality to accounting firms that have been audited for compliance with criteria and conditions for accounting firm quality certification to encourage accounting firm business operators to perform their duties by quality and reliable. The basic qualifications of accounting firms that are eligible to participate in the certification of quality accounting firms are as follows :
1. The accounting firm must accept accounting for at least 30 businesses.
2. The head of the office must have at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting and work full-time, there is experience in accounting for not less than 5 years and must already notify the Department of being an accountant.
3. There is at least 1 assistant with at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting and working full time.
4. There is a taxpayer identification number
5. The firm has been in the accounting firm business for at least 1 year.
6. The head of the office must not be bankrupt.
7. In case the accounting firm is established in the form of a group of persons or a juristic person partners or directors, depending on cases, who are responsible for providing accounting services must have the qualifications under Clauses 2 and 6.
